Data Policy — disclosure on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679
Fe Lusion GmbH sets out below how personal data are processed when this Website is visited, an order is placed, or an enquiry is sent. It applies to yourbrand.com and forms a single document with the Cookie Policy.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The Website processes the categories of personal data set out below.
a. Browsing data
The information systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This includes IP addresses, the URIs of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used, the size of the file obtained, and the browser and operating system in use.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistics on use of the Website and to check that it is functioning correctly, and are deleted immediately after processing.
b. Data voluntarily provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of an enquiry through the contact form or to the addresses shown on the Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address and of any personal data included in the message.
The fields marked as required in each form are those without which the request cannot be dealt with.
c. Data processed to fulfil services rendered online
Where an order is placed, we process the name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number and the details of the pieces ordered. Payment is handled by our payment provider; the full card number is never seen or stored by us.
Where the wishlist or the shopping bag is used, the contents are held in the browser on the user’s own device and are not transmitted to us until an order is placed.
d. Third-party data voluntarily provided by the user
Where the user provides the personal data of a third party — a delivery address for a gift, for example — the user warrants that they are entitled to do so and undertakes to inform that person of this policy.
e. Cookies and other tracking technologies
The Website uses cookies and local storage. Their nature, purpose and duration are described in full in the Cookie Policy, which forms an integral part of this policy.
3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data are processed in order to: conclude and perform a contract of sale, including delivery, exchange, return and refund; reply to an enquiry, arrange an appointment or carry out a repair; send the newsletter where it has been requested; keep the Website secure and prevent fraud; and comply with accounting, tax and consumer-law obligations.
4. LEGAL BASIS AND OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROCESSING
Processing is based on: the performance of a contract, for orders and deliveries; consent, for the newsletter and for non-essential cookies; the legitimate interests of the controller, for security, fraud prevention and the improvement of the service; and legal obligation, for accounting and tax records.
Providing the data marked as required is necessary in order to complete an order or to receive a reply. Providing any other data is optional, and refusing has no consequence other than the loss of the related service. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may be disclosed to the parties who assist us in operating the business — the payment provider, delivery partners, hosting and e-mail providers, and our accountants — each appointed as a processor and bound to act solely on our instructions.
Data may also be disclosed where the law so requires. Personal data are not sold, and never have been.
6. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are held within the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a processor operates outside the EEA, the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or of the standard contractual clauses, a copy of which may be obtained on request.
7. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Order records are retained for ten years, as required by Austrian tax law. Enquiries are retained for three years from the date of reply. Newsletter data are retained until the subscription is withdrawn. Analytics data are retained in aggregate form for twenty-six months.
8. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The data subject has the right to obtain access to their personal data, their rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and portability; to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests; and to withdraw consent at any time.
Requests should be addressed to privacy@yourbrand.com and will be answered within one month.
9. COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Where the data subject considers that the processing of their personal data infringes the Regulation, a complaint may be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, or with the supervisory authority of their place of residence.
10. AMENDMENTS
This policy is updated whenever the manner in which personal data are handled changes. The date shown beneath the title always indicates the version in force, and material amendments are announced on the Website before they take effect.
